Technical Consulting
Potential customers: end users, coating inspectors, maintenance companies.
Why is it necessary? Un adecuado Plan de Puntos de Inspección (ITP)
An adequate Inspection and Test Plan is the main tool to control the maintenance of a civil and/or industrial asset throughout its service life. The ITP must consider, among other elements, the levels of contamination of the substrate, the environmental conditions, or the number of tests per m2.
Benefits: Optimiza´s technical expertise makes possible to elaborate an Inspection and Test Plan at different quality levels according to the durability expectations of the customer which, in addition to meeting the technical specification, enables the early detection and correction of those aspects that may exceed the acceptance parameters.
Potential customers: end users, asset owners.
Why is it necessary? The coating of a civil or industrial asset fulfils two main functions: on the one hand, it defines the appearance and image of the asset and its design but, on the other hand, it is also the protection system that neutralizes the adverse effects of natural processes such as corrosion or the deterioration of the material.
Benefits: a periodical evaluation of the condition of the protective coating system allows to update the durability expectation of the assets. In addition, it enables to act with foresight in front of corrosion sources that in the future may become huge problems more difficult to solve and may even lead to production shutdowns and/or other related safety risks.
Potential customers: end users, shipyards, surface cleaning companies, coatings applicators.
Why is it necessary? A coating project usually involves several partners when carrying out surface preparation and treatment works. For a successful implementation of the protective coating system of a certain asset all the parameters that directly or indirectly affect the system must be thoroughly controlled.
Benefits: Optimiza’s technical knowledge in corrosion protection and coating technology guarantees to all the parties involved that all the procedures are being carried out in accordance with the technical specification and the reality of the project. In case of premature failure or the need for corrective action, Optimiza can determine where in the process the failure has occurred.
Potential customers: coating inspectors, maintenance/quality control managers, process managers.
Why is it necessary? Projects demand a large amount of technical documentation which is very time consuming and provokes organisational problems and data loss. TruQC is a cloud-based document management and quality control software that enables objective quality project management, keeping all the data organised and at hand at any time and place.
Benefits: using TruQC in our services allow us to deliver a unique level of transparency to our customers. Thanks to the real-time integration of our quality control reports, we can save time and money in the process. In addition, it is a tool that makes it possible to control projects easily without any data loss. You can implement TruQC in your organisation, we are official suppliers of TruQC in Europe, Africa and Latin American. You can read our case study or go to www.truqcapp.es for more information.

Training
Optimiza’s courses will allow you to get to know better those corrosion protection and coating technology areas that may represent a technological leap for your company’s activity. With a detailed base and practical cases, those enrolled will be able to renew their knowledge or have a first gradual contact with the knowledge that answers questions such as:
Which abrasive will allow me to optimise my resources? What do I need to keep in mind when making a technical specification? Which coating best meets my durability expectations? Etc.
